Working with Hadg at Hadgfit made me able to balance shift work with a healthy diet, without having to cut out the things I love to eat. I learnt a lot about macros, tracking and also a healthy understanding they you don't have to starve yourself or eat plain chicken and rice everyday to lose weight! I've continued to use what I learnt from my time with Hadg and I am continuing to drop weight! I'll definitely be joing back with Hadg whenever I feel like I need some further guidance and accountability. Thanks for all your efforts mate and looking forward to working with you again soon!

Thanks so much for helping me lose some weight before my holiday! The plan was super easy to follow and because it was normal food I'd usually eat, it made it perfect and easy to stick to! We had a couple of hurdles as I have some stomach issues but Hadg was very attentive and helpful with tweaking the diet to include stuff better suited to me.
